Refunds
The ₹999 early-access purchase is non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed and your account is activated, you have immediate access to the full feature set for 7 days — we do not offer refunds for unused time, change of mind, or partial use of the trial period.
The one exception: if you were charged but never received working access due to a fault on our side (for example, a failed activation that we cannot resolve), contact us at hello@onlinebom.com with your order details and we will make it right.
Cancellation
There is nothing to actively cancel — the ₹999 purchase is a one-time payment for 7 days of access, not a recurring subscription. Nothing auto-renews and no card is charged automatically after your 7 days end. If you don't purchase another 7-day extension, your account simply locks at the end of the period; your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Extending your access
You can extend your access at any time — before or after your current period ends — for another ₹999 / 7 days. This is a fresh manual payment each time, not a subscription renewal, and is also non-refundable once confirmed.
