These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OnlineBOM (the "Service"), provided by OnlineBOM ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing early access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What OnlineBOM is
OnlineBOM is a cloud-based Bill of Materials (BOM) management tool: parts libraries, multi-level BOM trees, versioning, release workflows, and related engineering-data features. It is currently offered as paid early access — the product is functional and actively used, but still evolving. Features, pricing, and this early-access structure may change as the product matures.
2. The ₹999 early-access purchase
- ₹999 buys 7 days of full-feature access for one company/tenant, starting from the moment your account is activated.
- This is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Nothing auto-renews and no card is stored or charged automatically. When your 7 days run out, you may purchase another 7-day extension for a further ₹999 if you choose to.
- The price shown includes all applicable taxes. OnlineBOM is not currently GST-registered, so no GST is charged separately.
- Payments are processed by Cashfree, a third-party payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
3. Refunds
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy — in short, the ₹999 early-access purchase is non-refundable.
4. Your account and data
You're responsible for the accuracy of the parts, BOMs, and other data you enter, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may invite team members to your company account and manage their access through role-based permissions within the product.
When a trial period ends without extension, your account is locked (you cannot log in, but nothing is deleted) and your data is retained for 30 days in case you decide to extend. After 30 days, locked tenant data — including uploaded files — is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure that isn't yours.
- Probe, scan, or test the Service's security without our prior written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law allows.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our agreement.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep OnlineBOM available and your data safe, but as an early-access product we do not currently guarantee a specific uptime service level. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance and to avoid data loss.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" during early access. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
